Fix broken link in summary.md pointing to automated_cleaning.md

• Removes a duplicate entry in SUMMARY.md to ensure the navigation structure is accurate and free of redundancy.

• Adds a missing automated_cleaning.md file to fix the broken link and ensure the documentation navigates properly.
