Implements
DerefMutforUninitializedStateMachine<M>andInitializedStateMachine<M>, allowing direct mutable access toshared_storage.This enables mock configuration before initialization, addressing the issue where mock expectations could not be set before deserialization. This improves testability of state transitions.
