BUILD INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Install and build the Checker Framework from source. You can find instructions at https://checkerframework.org/manual/#build-source.
2. In the Glacier directory, build Glacier: ant build -Dchecker-framework.loc=${JSR308}/checker-framework/
3. You can build Glacier.jar this way: ant -Dchecker-framework.loc=${JSR308}/checker-framework/ CreateJar
	This will give you Glacier.jar, which you can use as a plugin.


TO INSTALL LOCALLY:

mvn install:install-file -Dfile=Glacier.jar -DgroupId=edu.cmu.cs.glacier -DartifactId=glacier -Dversion=1.0 -Dpackaging=jar
