Add link to gomuks legacy on Windows

It doesn't work

(the static libolm build for windows using musl.cc broke some time between 2021 and 2024, after gomuks web I added a new builder that uses zig cc which works fine on windows)

So that build is different to the published Github release (which works)? OK, I’ve been just a little bit confused by there being two versions in one repo, but mirrored to a second repo, etc. :-)

Pretty sure the release build shouldn't work either 🤔 (at least not without adding libolm and libc dll's yourself)

Oh, sure, the libc dlls are not included, so you need to copy it to the exe file, and then it works.
