alpha-0.2 working prototype

Finally! There are no known bugs, this release is prefectly usable. [check out the project board](https://github.com/margual56/Markdown-CLI/projects/1) to know the pending features.

Same as last release: you need to have a file called default.css containing the default style, or you can specify your own markdown-cli input.md -s style.css output.html. In future versions, this will be stored in the config folder, together with the config for the regex.

This build is made for Linux only (sorry).

This release still has a bunch of bugs (see the issues page), but it is "kind of" usable.

This executable is compiled from the development branch because it has A LOT more features and it has improved substantially. Future releases will target the main, which will be bug-free.
