This PR aims to address the following issues:

  • typescript error on NodeJS type
  • build error on rollup import statement
  • outdated rollup/babel packages
  • no existing rollup.config.dev.js as used by npm start

Further changes:

  • Github node build action now uses node 20 instead of node 14
  • ts-lit-plugin has been added as a dev dependency for improved in-editor Lit integration
