brat Introduction

data transform

$ python3 transform.py

Use this script to sample data from total trial dataset.

set up brat

1. Download from http://brat.nlplab.org

2. Run $ ./install.sh -u to install brat

3. Run $ python2 standalone.py to open service

4. Place the produced data into $brat_root/data

5. Replace the config file $brat_root/visual.conf

6. Place the config file under $brat_root/xxx/s1/..

7. Go to browser and login using your account or you can not annotate

8. Annotation are divided into 3 steps: first arguments, then triggers, finally drag an arrow from each trigger to its arguments
