Motivation and Context

This PR completes #374

Description

Steps for Testing

1. Open Apollon2 in Visual Studio Code
2. Click on the "Run and Debug" Tab, it should be in the left navbar along with the Explorer tab.
3. Click on the "Start" button to run the extension; alternatively, press F5.
4. If a pop-up shows up, press "Debug anyway".
5. You will be redirected to a new vs-code window.
6. Open any directory that you have; and apollon-vscode should be listed in the left navbar.
