增加本地频道模块，例如湖南都市、 湖南经视、湖南卡通等频道，可通过遥控菜单键呼出设置省份，默认为湖南。频道列表中初始化进行筛选，显示包含省份名的频道。

已经编写提交好了完整的分支呀patch-2，只是源码不全无法自己编译测试呢，作者大大试试看能不能用就行。 |

@DavidDengHui 因为关于本地频道暂时没有合适的源，这个功能就先不上了。如果在配置页增加这个选项，可能让一些人比较困惑。感谢你的代码。 |

增加本地频道模块，例如湖南都市、 湖南经视、湖南卡通等频道，可通过遥控菜单键呼出设置省份，默认为湖南。
频道列表中初始化进行筛选，仅显示包含省份名的频道。
至于频道相关信息，打算到远程地址channels.json更新。
以上修改全靠臆想，没有完整的源码和环境，仅做参考。
