    Cimply, you said that you felt Ross was "testing you.

I'm not a wizard, not willing to anger one but will wanna sync with you b4 GrantsComm April 12 to review how a lvl2+ paladin can issue ΞOI - my general pref is do-ocracy but I realise that under a chaotic good regime, you need to put in place enough safeguards to being about enough stability to get bovine excrement done.
