修复 lifecycle 元事件上报行为与文档表述不一致的问题，现在 enable、disable 子类型确保只从 HTTP 上报，connect 子类型只从正向和反向 WebSocket 上报
修复反向 WebSocket 连接尚未建立成功时，事件上报导致 WebSocket 后端发生异常的问题
