Issue: the device is hard-coded in fstab. Usually, there is no problem, unless a new device is added. Eg: add a USB disk and boot the VM. Then the order changes depending on the OS algorithm of device order, then it goes through emergency mode.
Solution: the mkfs already add a label. The clean solution is to add a LABEL in fstab.
