@upodroid has been working on a migration to AR for staging images ahead of the GCR turndown, before we add new projects pushing images we should probably check on that.

SIG K8s Infra just ~completed a big push to migrate infra out of non-community controlled accounts and all the leads except dims were at kubecon last week as well. We should be starting to get caught up again.
