feat(operator): update related images from operator bundle

Purpose of PR?:

To submit an operator to be certified by RedHat OpenShift it requires all the associated images to be specified in the bundle itself using the spec.relatedImages field, with image pinned to image digest instead of tags. This PR adds support to operator to make use of the images specified in the bundle.
