Add New Unity Project
기본 씬들 만들고, Manager용으로 싱글톤 구현.
재생 멈춤, 좌클릭시 노트생성
양쪽에서 주파수 임계점 기준으로 노트 생성
판정기준 시간기준에서 위치기준으로 변경
두가지 특징 노트 생성, 판정 미구현
판정까지 구현(수정 필요)
버튼 추가 노트 변경
