Analyze an application using the API.
Steps:

Create an application.
- (optional) with the specified repository.
(optional) Upload a binary.
Run a source-only analysis task.
Wait for the task to complete.
Download the report.
Delete the application.

Todo:

Support user specified targets. Currently hard coded cloud-readiness.
Create and associate git, mavenc creds as needed.
Delete created creds.
