MultiAnnouncer WoW Addon

MultiAnnouncer is a World of Warcraft addon designed to enhance player communication by enabling messages to be sent to multiple chat channels simultaneously. Whether you're coordinating a raid, organizing a party, or just want to broadcast information across various channels, MultiAnnouncer makes it seamless and efficient.

Features

  • Multi-Channel Broadcasting: Easily send messages to multiple channels, including guild, party, raid, say, and yell, with a single click.
  • Channel Selection: Choose which channels to broadcast your message to with simple checkbox selections.
  • Persistent Message History: Saves your message history between sessions, allowing for quick re-sending of frequent announcements.
  • Minimap Button: Access MultiAnnouncer through a convenient minimap button.
  • Slash Command Support: Alternatively, use slash commands to bring up the MultiAnnouncer window. /multiannouncer

Installation

  1. Download the MultiAnnouncer.zip file from the latest release.
  2. Extract the zip file into your World of Warcraft\_retail_\Interface\AddOns directory.
  3. Restart World of Warcraft or reload your UI with the /reload command.

Usage

Upon installation, you can access MultiAnnouncer in two ways:

  • Click the MultiAnnouncer icon near your minimap.
  • Type /multiannouncer in the chat to open the main window.

To send a message:

  1. Enter your message in the text box.
  2. Select the channels you wish to broadcast to.
  3. Click the Send button.
