Adding some notes to not forget + easier for @aj-emerich to identify who to ask if some docs for any of those are missing

Highlights of the release:

1. No-code UX @MilosPaunovic, @Skraye and @Ben8t
2. Log Shipper (EE) @loicmathieu @nkwiatkowski
3. Custom Dashboards (they were not announced in 0.20 release because then it was only for Kafka arch + communicated only with one customer) - @Skraye @brian-mulier-p
4. App improvements - added bulk actions, preview + plugin docs + group access + terraform object for Apps + Git tasks to sync Apps to and from Git (@fhussonnois)
5. New plugin docs UI/website @brian-mulier-p
6. Filter & search bar improvements (NOT filter etc.) + LangChain plugin - @aeSouid
7. Contextual in-app docs - @elevatebart
8. Dynamic properties, EMR + HuggingFace plugins @mgabelle
9. Restarting subflows no longer triggers new executions + new EmbeddedSubflow task @loicmathieu + UI TBD
