Civilization 4 Drafter

I was looking everywhere for a drafter that would work with Civilization 4, but there was none to be found, so I chose to modify one of the Civilization 5 Drafters. The original one, on which this one is based, is from HellBlazer: https://github.com/HellBlazer-TV/HellBlazer-TV.github.io
