This commit creates breaking changes and regressions.
- Remove regex - Remove impossible to reach case
It was too brittle to always use the same fixture directory for everything.
This avoids lots of integration tests breaking when fixtures changes.
This data is not used in any tests and causes this test to fail when usage rules change.
BREAKING CHANGE: -- is required between sub and user cli arguments (it was previously optional).
