Added requirements.txt file to document a working configuration of dependencies. This is in order to prevent issues in the future regarding deprecated functionality. Additionally, this version contains a fix for H and K band images from 2MASS not fitting the entire grid and falling short by a few pixels. The fix will allow them to take the entire grid and match the J band 2MASS image.
