Updates Score api expected output

Description

Relates to jenkins-infra/plugin-site#1431.

Simplify the description of the score API content.

Rather than having objects (which requires to be well described), we can provide the scoring components are a list and do the same of the probe composing the scorings.

Testing done

Updated the ScoreAPITest expected output.
