New endpoint is https://gdcportalgw.its-mo.com/api_v190426_NE/gdc/. There now is a new endpoint that replaces /gdc/InitialApp.php with /gdc/InitialApp_v2.php. The parameters for /gdc/InitialApp_v2.php has also changed; initial_app_strings is now called initial_app_str. Also the actual value for this parameter is now 9s5rfKVuMrT03RtzajWNcA.
