idea: Add settings to disable keyboard shortcuts

Currently, users cannot disable Jan's keyboard shortcuts, which can interfere with other applications' shortcuts. Users should have the flexibility to turn off keyboard shortcuts if they don't use them or if they conflict with other applications.

Feature Idea

• Add a toggle in Settings > Keyboard Shortcuts to enable/disable all keyboard shortcuts
• Consider allowing granular control:
  • Option to disable all shortcuts
  • Ability to customize or disable individual shortcuts
  • Warning if shortcuts might conflict with common system/app shortcuts
• Default to enabled but give users the choice to turn them off
