- Flake8 does support having it's configuration in tox.ini, however this file is meant to be a configuration file for tox tool, it doesn't make sense to put the config here if tox isn't being used in the project. The preferred way of storing flake8 configuration is it's specialized file `.flake8`.
Many flake8-annotations errors were wrongly labeled in what they ignore, and a lot of these ignored errors shouldn't really have been ignored
