This PR adds a documentation-style example notebook demonstrating how to fetch data from ERDDAP, run ioos_qc using existing public APIs, and perform simple post-processing of QC results (e.g., flag summaries).
The example is intentionally lightweight and lives entirely in the documentation examples, with no changes to ioos_qc core logic or dependencies. ERDDAP access and QC summaries are shown as composable, application-layer workflows by design.
