@steve-henry This template is shown when you create PR from command line using gh pr create. You can find the template here. Since it is a public repo prolly this template makes more sense for someone outside intercom.

Thanks @VarshSuresh. I think we can remove it because even if external contributor are updating the OpenAPI repo to correct something, they will need approval from an Intercom team member. Then we can update our developer docs repo to reflect the change.
