I didn't manage to finish it in time before the holidays, so I thought I'd left this PR here. The remainder of the actual implementation part should be very mechanical now if there are no surprises. I don't think the completeness proof is going to be difficult but I haven't really thought about it (it was always pretty easy in the Ledger) and it's not technically necessary to run it anyway.
This also includes a few small bugfixes to the main logic of the simple Leios protocol, some of which have been found while working on the reference implementation.
