ubuntu setup kubectl config within k8s pod
execute setup_kubectl.sh after container start, for example:
docker run -d -v xxx/setup_kubectl.sh:/opt/kubectl/setup_kubectl.sh imwower:ubuntu-kubectl-in-docker /sh /opt/kubectl/setup_kubectl.sh
