feat: collapse fields for Open Badges

Description of change

The current display of the OBv3 badges in UniMe is quite technical and could benefit from having a more user-friendly, and human readable user interface.

The change introduces collapsible sections (accordions) for detailed fields such as description, criteria, and alignment. By placing complex information inside expandable components, the interface becomes less cluttered and easier to navigate.

How the change has been tested

The update has been tested in the UniMe desktop version to ensure the component behaves as expected, renders correctly, and does not introduce regressions or break existing functionality.
