I'm submitting a pull request for my Bootstrap 3 theme "Sharp Reporter". I tried out a lot of themes from Bootstrap Zero, but none had the minimalistic fixed header, sidebar, and footer I wanted, so I created Sharp Reporter. It also has a nice red, gray, black color scheme with Roboto fonts from CDN.
This type of template would be good for simple personal blog engines, like ghost or spun up on Node.js. It could also have some value for a basic portfolio site.
