IAR Cloud Licensing Login

Authenticate your IAR products with the IAR cloud licensing system. This extension lets you connect a Named User license to your development environment, whether on your local machine or in a remote environment.

An IAR Embedded Workbench or IAR Build Tools installation that uses cloud licensing is required to use this extension.

Getting started with IAR Cloud Licensing Login

Note: The IAR Cloud Licensing Login extension is automatically installed with any other IAR extension for Visual Studio Code.

1. In the Extensions view (Ctrl+Shift+X) in Visual Studio Code, search for iar login and select Install.

2. Open the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P), search for iar cloud and run the login or logout command. A status bar item with the login and logout command will appear.
