USF-1871 Include checkout demo blocks in Boilerplate

Move the existing checkout demo blocks from the Checkout dropin to the Boilerplate within the demos branch. This migration will maintain their functionality and ensure reliability, keeping the blocks up-to-date and readily available for further development and testing in the demos branch.
