Added Irish (ga) translation for CopyQ
This PR adds support for the Irish language. I created copyq_ga.ts using utils/lupdate.sh, following the project’s instructions for adding a new language. Since Weblate was unavailable, the file was created and translated manually. It has been verified locally using Qt Linguist.
