WIP: Deeper Angular Integration

This is the first iteration to integrate the hey api client more deeply into the angular ecosystem.
It's prepwork for to properly support the following features:

• Interceptors (Integrate them as angular interceptors as well)
• Allow to choose between promises and observables and which resolve (firstValueFrom/lastValueFrom/anyArbitary?)
• Auth
• SSE
• WS(? I'd like to see a SignalR plugin)
