DON'T MERGE UNTIL JAN 3

If users configure manual HCP Boundary updates, they used to have 30 days to complete the update before it happened automatically. Per ICU-18311, the auto upgrade timeline is changing from 30 to 45 days.

This PR:

  • Updates a Warning to change the timeline from 30 to 45 days
  • Removes a screenshot that mentions the 30 day timeline. I could not replace this screenshot because my cluster is set to auto upgrade and it is already at the current version. I set it to Manual, so I can recapture this screenshot after the next release. Although, I would argue it is not needed in this topic.
  • Fixes an existing typo
