Deletes an old security topic that provided contact information for escalating vulnerabilities. The topic has been hidden from the navigation pane for several releases, but it is still accessible via search. It is one of the first topics users see when they search for "security", but it does not provide usage or conceptual information for the product.
The contact information for escalating vulnerabilities is also contained in the Readme in the Boundary repo where it is more appropriate for contributors.
