Fix issue where cells where not recalculated after adding, removing and renaming sheets

Context

• Refactored DependencyGraph to properly track cross-sheet references and update them when sheets are added/removed/renamed
• Introduced SheetReferenceRegistrar to manage sheet reference tracking
• Added RenameSheetTransformer for formula address transformations
• Renamed vertices for clarity: FormulaCellVertex → ScalarFormulaVertex, ArrayVertex → ArrayFormulaVertex
• Improved SheetMapping to handle reserved sheet names and placeholder sheets
• Implemented undo/redo for addSheet(), removeSheet(), and renameSheet() operations
• Extensive refactoring across AddressMapping, RangeMapping, Operations, and Evaluator to handle not-yet-added sheets correctly
