original had many duplicates and didn't work. i changed it and fixed it lol. seriously, the last few lines were duplicates and prevented it from working properly

in the keyboard layout ch.json the last few lines were duplicates and prevented it from working properly. eliminated the lines and it works correctly now. might be worth merging it.
