<p>冬の野菜で好きなチヂミホウレンソウとチコリーは見つけて食べたが、メキャベツが見つからない。高い八百屋がなくなって、変わった野菜の入手難度が激増している。商業施設にあるガレット屋に少し変わった野菜が売っているので、そこに期待するしかなさそうだが、メキャベツは見当たらない。冷凍で我慢するしかないのかもしれない。</p>

<p>ガレット屋の野菜売り場にはアカダイコンやカリフローレ、少し前だとシロナスやマルズッキーニなどがあった。カラフルな生のトウガラシもあったりして、乾燥させているところだ。近辺で作られている野菜で作る料理が売りの店なので、食材の仕入れと販促を兼ねているのだろう。</p>

<title><![CDATA[でかいサツマイモ]]></title>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>来年のおせちを作る材料を集め始めている。富澤商店が移転縮小し、黒豆の入手に難があったが、無事手に入った。栗やごまめも必要な分だけ手に入った。クリスマス前に買えるものはサツマイモくらいかなと、探しているが、でかいサツマイモがまったく見当たらない。いつもの2/3くらいの太さのものをとりあえず買ったが、引き続き15cm近い太さのものを探したい。</p>
<p>スーパーの野菜売り場で、サツマイモは焼いたり蒸したりし、そのまま食べる用の細いものが主流だ。それはそれでおいしく食べている。ふと気付くと6種類くらい売られているようだ。数年前まではこんな様子ではなかったと思うので、本当にサツマイモが流行っているんだな、と改めて感じる。</p>]]></content:encoded>
