Event to Send feature and major fix

Event to send is a brand new feature to select, for each endpoints, if you want to send the first, the last, the first AND last (boundaries) or all the event in the generated event sync message.

MAJOR FIX: default values for config are now correctly taken into account (default min occurrence and default AcceptedMethod)

New features, and fix (do not use, buggy version, see 0.3.0 or later)

Fix some unhandled errors.
Fix some mistake in error messages and HTTP error code

Added:

• Accepted HTTP methods filter
• Minimum occurrence on an endpoint to consider it as valid.
