This is a set of MP3 Voice Recorder Tools to fulfill a particular need i have in my personal life. All of MY code here i consider Public Domain however the libaraies here may have their own and possibly incompatible license. Because i am making this code entirely free and open and not distributing it for profit, what you do with it is your own concern.
All of the tools will expect an icon.ico file, however because i dont feel i have rights to the files im using you will need to add them yourselves.
