I wonder if we explain what an installation administrator is anywhere, or how to know if you are one, or how to become one. For grist-core I think it is very simple, there's only one, set by that silly default email env variable. For SaaS or maybe enterprise we have an extra mechanism, a special site whose members are admins, right? Ah, just checked, that's only on our SaaS currently, not in enterprise. If in enterprise it could have been worth documenting. (@dsagal I wonder if the GRIST_INSTALL_ADMIN_ORG mechanism would be worth moving?)
Ok, for auditing, fine not to get into it.
