Save docker container state in volumes

Thanks for this emulator, it's great that people managed to do what google doesn't want to do. When working with a container, I have a problem that when restarting, all data disappears and you have to perform all operations first, and those operations are performed for quite a long time. I have tried creating volumes to store the container state but they are always empty after various operations and again after restarting the container I lose all information from bigquery. Is there any way not to start from scratch when restarting the container?

I was not smart enough to forgot to add "database" parameter and have had in-memory database...
