Suite à #1123 & #1209
Lors des link/unlink, parfois le brevo_contact_id de l'utilisateur est None, cela provoque une erreur coté Brevo.
J'ai rajouté 1 ou 2 lignes de code pour mieux gérer ces cas là.
J'ai aussi amélioré la commande
crm_brevo_sync_contacts(#1178) pour forcer de passer les paramètres lors de son utilisation, et légerement refactoré le code
