Lorsqu'un utilisateur Siae se créé un compte, on créé le contact dans Brevo.
Similaire à #1028 (qui ajoute les utilisateurs Acheteurs à une liste Brevo)
Pourquoi ?
On en aura besoin de son "Brevo Contact ID" si/quand il se rattache à une structure.
