Looks like this is a LiveChat from Sprinklr, hosted by Samsung on their domain.

Here, we have to be careful. In combination with the broad domain, it would list all of Samsung as Site Analytics.

It'd be nice to have a URL instead of domain for the detection because they're operating too many services within a singular domain. For an instance, Samsung Electronics also belongs to [samsung.com](https://www.samsung.com/sec/) despite it's domestic only.
