Remove the following unused feature flag registrations: - organizations:disable-clustering-setting - organizations:new-metric-issue-charts - organizations:paginated-trace-waterfalls-endpoint - organizations:paginated-trace-waterfalls-ui - organizations:preprod-internal-build-distribution These flags have zero code references and no flagpole configuration. Identified by the scan_flags management command.
