Overview

A convention used by some catalogues to advertise the layername of a wms as an attribute on dct:references, a catalogue client, like terriajs builds on this convention

this leads to invalid xml according to http://schemas.opengis.net/csw/2.0.2/CSW-discovery.xsd... closing...
