Describe the bug

Users with an Editor profile cannot change privileges after a metadata they can edit is published, getting always an error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a group named groupA
Create an user editorA with profile Editor
Login with user editorA and create a metadata.
Change the privileges to allow the Sample group to view it. --> OK
Login as Administrator and publish the previous metadata
Login with user editorA and change the privileges to allow the Sample group to download it. --> An error is displayed (NO OK)

Expected behavior
The user can change the privileges.
